If you'd like a user flair reflecting that. Looks like you need to use the software rendering mode. Go into config -> video -> plugin settings-> and change the renderer to D3D11 Software. Then go down to extra rendering threads and set it to somewhere around 3-5(test to see what's fastest). MTVU might be counter productive, because another rendering thread might help more.

If it's still not full speed, try increasing EE cycle rate and VU cycle stealing under speed hacks. Try them separately, one notch at a time. Take note however, VU cycle stealing can increase the emulation speed without improving the actual framerate. I did eventually figure out a way that would physically run the game. It was at a much higher pace and the white shit went away. However, during actual game play, and not just the starting airplane ride, it would slow down to nearly unplayable levels again. However, I suspect this is simply because I am using a pentiem Proccessor, not an i7, which is basically required for any higher than gamecube level emulation.

The most advance game I ever ran perfectly was PM:TTYD, and even then it could slow down a little. I don't remember anything about the incedent revolving around Merc though. It was a while ago and I don't have the settings saved.

Just know that it's possible, and keep searching for a way out.

Hey, I am looking into more stuff on my pc, I recently came across something that claims I can play xbox games on my pc, I have been wanting to play some of my old xbox games (mercenaries really) on here, but its xbox only, is this legal? Movies4u 2.0. And if I decide to use it, I don't have a controller so would I be able to use my keyboard and mouse? I have done alot of research, I know where to download my game, but I'm worried about the legal part, should I be worried about that with a computer like this one?
