Having a problem trying to jailbreak my Apple TV 2 5.1.1 - (5433) using the latest Seas0npass jailbreak. I've followed the directions exactly: Create IPSW > put device into DFU mode > hold MENU and PLAY/PAUSE for 7 seconds > Device in DFU found >iTunes opens it starts the restore and after extracting the software I get the following pop-up: 'The Apple TV 'Apple TV' cannot be restored at this time because the Apple TV software update server could not be contacted or is temporarily unavailable.' I've tried several time, on different MBP's (one running OSX 10.7.4 and another running 10.8.2) using iTunes 11 as well as iTunes 10.7 but same result.
